20 students and 2 teachers enjoyed to the top. Everything was perfect, even the English weather (a little bit cool but not too rainy). We'll always remember every bit of this trip. Thank you kids for being such good travel

PROGRESSIVE MUSCLE RELAXATION FOR STRESS RELIEF: Contract – Relax!

Progressive muscle relaxation or the “contract-relax technique,” is another effective and widely used strategy for cultivating the relaxation response and for relieving stress. It involves a two-step process in which you systematically tense and relax different muscle groups in the body. 

Progressive Muscle Relaxation Sequence
